Ridgeway is the owner of The Perfect Fit and specializes in the DISC and PIAV
assessments. Along with her husband John, she has owned and operated Ridgeway
Portrait Design, Inc. for sixteen years. Ridgeway Portrait Design, Inc., located
in Maryville, IL, is a successful portrait studio specializing in children's
portraiture. They also photograph high school seniors and families and create
executive and business portraits.

Cheryl is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, co-chairman of the Scholarship Committee of the Affiliated Professional Photographers of Illinois, past-president of Southern Illinois Art League and a member of Burrell Colour Lab's Presidential Circle. Cheryl has also served on the Board of Directors of the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce.
